Therapeutic approaches and principles:
I am educated, well-trained and practiced as a Humanistic-Existential and Buddhist Psychologist. I rely meaningfully on Mindfulness-Based Process-Experiential approaches to the alleviation of psychological suffering and the facilitation of psychotherapeutic change, freedom and transformation. I primarily utilize humanistic, mind-body practices such as the following:
* Gestalt * Focusing * Mindfulness * Somatic inquiry * Emotion-Focused Therapy * EMDR * IFS * Narrative
